Grinding discs

Grinding discs

High-quality grinding discs designed specifically for the NG-series nick grinders ensure precise and consistent nicking of steel rule dies.

Available in standard packs:

  • 25 pcs. from 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm
  • 20 pcs. – 3.0 mm

These discs allow accurate grinding of nicks with controlled widths and depths, supporting consistent die-cutting results.

Special rubber attachment

The special attachment for corrugated or solid board allows setting of nicks without damaging the rubbering by pressing it down.

The damaging of the rubber during grinding is prevented.
The rubber attachment will be delivered complete with screws and metal guard prepared to insert the attachment.

Grinding disc centering guide

The Grinding Disc Centering Guide ensures correct alignment of the grinding disc during installation, helping to maintain precision and smooth operation of the nick grinder.

Accurate centering improves grinding performance and helps prevent unnecessary vibration during use.

All our new NG91 and NG2000 nick-grinders are delivered with the Grinding Disc Centering Guide as standard.

Holder

Works only with NG91 and NG2000 standard (not extended).

The Holder provides secure positioning and improved handling of the nick grinder during operation.

It ensures better control and stability when performing precise grinding work on steel rule dies.

Silencer

The Silencer reduces operating noise and improves working comfort when using the nick grinder.

It helps create a more comfortable working environment during prolonged use.
