Grinding disc centering guide
The centering guide will keep the grinding head more steady on the cutting rule during the grinding operation.
Grinding discs ( 50x8 )mm. Outside diameter: 50mm.
bore: 8mm. Special high-quality grinding discs. Available in standard packs of 25 pcs. From 0.3mm. to 3.0mm.
Special rubber attachment
The special attachment for grinding nicks in cutting and for pressing down rubber profiles. The damaging of the rubber during grinding is prevented.
Airmotor type Lzb14-50 “NG”
The lowered position of the “off center”
-shaft allows the grinding disc to be worn
down to an outer diameter of 20,4 mm.
Maximum utilization of the grinding disc is achieved.
Silencer
to be mounted adjacent to the valve at the exhaust-air outlet of the airmotor (for NG91 and NG2000).
Holder
With its handy and compact design, the practical holder may be conventently located on the die-cutter or in the die-room.
Easy to get hold of, always ready for use.
